Whether its comforting an infant, administering a child's meal or assisting an adolescent with pain management, Bayshore Home Health provides specialized pediatric care that supports children and families in their homes.
We understand that caring for a child with significant health issues is stressful and demanding. That’s why our specially-trained pediatric nurses and caregivers are equipped to deal with complex care requirements as well as more basic personal care needs including bathing, eating or dressing. We work in collaboration with families to develop a personalized care plan that meets all of their needs.
Our pediatric home care services are available privately, as well as through government care programs and insurance plans. They include:
- Medication administration
- Dressing changes
- Nutritional support and tube feeding
- Chronic disease management and therapy
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Peritoneal dialysis
